Vita Bloom Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy (together, the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell or share your account.

SECTION 2. OUR PRODUCTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION

We sell dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The information on this website, including blog articles, product descriptions and FAQs, is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice, even though our founders are physicians. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult your own physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and packaging may differ from what appears on your screen, and product formulations, labels and descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue any product and may limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3. ORDERS

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, resale, or errors in pricing or availability. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Because orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been placed. If we cannot fulfil, change or cancel an order, we will notify you at the email address you provided. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4. PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place the order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs or import charges. Promotions are subject to their own stated terms and may not be combined unless we say so. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information and to promptly update it as needed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products may be purchased as a Subscribe and Save subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you selected, and your stored payment method is charged before each delivery. You can skip, pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing info@vitabloomlabs.com. Our Subscription Policy describes these terms in more detail and forms part of these Terms.

SECTION 6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the products to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees.

SECTION 7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

SECTION 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including all text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, logos, product and service names, designs, and the selection and arrangement of them, are owned by Vita Bloom Labs LLC, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Enfinity and GlucoVantage are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under license. You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Vita Bloom Labs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Vita Bloom Labs LLC. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Vita Bloom Labs, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Vita Bloom Labs.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at /policies/privacy-policy. You and Vita Bloom Labs agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and consent to personal jurisdiction there. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@vitabloomlabs.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
