RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

• Dietary supplements are consumable products, so returned bottles must be unopened, with the safety seal intact, in their original packaging.

• If you tried a product and it was not right for you, contact us anyway. One opened bottle per product, per customer, may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange at our discretion.

• Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

• Subscription orders can be returned under the same terms. To stop future shipments, cancel or pause the subscription from your account or by contacting us.

How to start a return

Email info@vitabloomlabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@vitabloomlabs.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The same condition and proof-of-purchase requirements above apply.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable.
