SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

United States

• Standard shipping: free on every order. Typical delivery is 3 business days after the order ships.

• Expedited shipping: $3.99. Typical delivery is 2 business days after the order ships.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

International

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Argentina, Norway and Switzerland via DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering, and note that some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements.

Tracking, delays and lost packages

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international), or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at info@vitabloomlabs.com and we will open a carrier investigation and resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders ship on the same schedule as one-time orders. Standard shipping is free on subscription orders. You can change the shipping address or delivery date for upcoming subscription orders from your account.
